Join Abi and Tanya for another beautiful Sunday morning YogaXPilates Workshop, designed for all levels and abilities — whether you’re completely new or looking to deepen your existing practice.
Abi will lead Pilates exercises that strengthen your core and improve your posture, while Tanya will guide you through accessible yoga flows that focus on mindfulness, flexibility, and relaxation.
We’ll create a balanced practice that challenges your body and relaxes your mind, closing with guided meditation and sound.
After the workshop, wind down and join us at Wilson Bay Coffee Club to relax and connect with the community.
Workshops are held either outside at Christchurch Viewpoint, or inside at the Holy Trinity Church Hall in Christchurch. This is weather dependent and will be confirmed closer to the event.
What to bring:
A yoga mat (we will have a few spares if you don’t have one)
Comfortable layers that you can easily take off
A water bottle
Reusable coffee cup if you’re joining us at Wilson Bay
