We’d love to welcome you to our YogaXPilates Retreat.
This is a few days to step out of your routine and into something slower, lighter, and more connected, set in a private villa in the Mallorcan countryside.
We’ve designed this retreat to feel like an extension of our classes and workshops: relaxed, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable. No pressure to be a certain level, no expectations to “perform”. Just space to move, breathe, and feel good in your body again.
Across the week, we’ll blend yoga and Pilates in a way that feels balanced and accessible, building strength, improving mobility, and giving your body time to properly rest. There’ll also be breathwork, guided relaxation, and simple practices you can take home with you.
Outside of sessions, there’s plenty of time to slow down — whether that’s eating good food, spending time by the pool, hiking, taking trips to the beach, or just doing nothing at all.
Most people are joining us on their own, so if you’re feeling unsure, you won’t be the only one. What we’ve built through our classes is a really welcoming, down-to-earth community, and that same energy carries into the retreat.
If you’ve been needing a reset — physically or mentally — this is your space to take it.
What’s included
Enjoy slow, nourishing meals prepared with care by our private chef — breakfast, lunch and dinner included
Daily yoga classes, including Yin yoga, hot yoga, and Hatha flows from sunrise to sunset
Pilates sessions by the pool or on the terrace to build strength, improve posture, and enhance flexibility
Morning and evening sound baths
Group meditations and breathwork under the stars to centre your mind and body
Guided walks, hikes through the beautiful surrounding landscape, or trips to the beach and local markets
Optional experiences such as wine tasting and personal 1:1 sessions aligned with your needs
Plenty of downtime to relax, read, journal, or explore nearby nature or villages
Exact offerings may shift slightly to suit the group and weather.
Not included: flights, travel to/from the venue or personal travel insurance.

The full cost of the retreat: £949 for a shared twin room, including 3 meals a day. This does not include flights or other travel.
We are pleased to offer a payment plan to help spread the cost of the retreat.

Our beautiful villa for the retreat is located in the village of Bunyola, Mallorca, surrounded by 10km-squared of private land.

Rooms are twin-share with two single beds. You can request to share with a friend, or we’ll thoughtfully pair you with another guest.

Cancellations made by guests
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Guests may transfer their booking to another person if agreed in advance with the retreat organiser.
Cancellation more than 8 weeks from the arrival date: 100% refund (not including deposit).
Cancellation up to 4 weeks from the arrival date: 50% refund of amount paid (not including deposit)
Cancellation less than 4 weeks from the arrival date: No refund. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover potential cancellations.
Cancellations made by the organiser
In the unlikely event the retreat is cancelled by the organiser, participants will receive a full refund (including deposits).
The organiser is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants (such as flights, travel insurance, or other bookings).

Guests are welcome to arrive any time after 9am on Tuesday 9 June (if arriving earlier, please let us know). Check out is by 11am on Friday 12 June.

Once your deposit is received, you’ll get a confirmation email from us.

YogaXPilates & Workshop and Candle & Crystal Bar
In collaboration with New Pastures Home — candle, crystal and gift shop in Newport.
Price: £40 per person.
Date: Sunday 3rd May 2026
Time: 12:00pm midday start, with a 2:30pm finish.
What is included, and what to expect?
Guests commence by selecting a bespoke candle fragrance blend—curated to evoke the mood they desire, whether calm, energised, relaxed, or grounded. Hywel & Dean of NPH will guide you through this stage, offering expert advice. For this event, deluxe candles (450g) will be made.
While the New Pastures Home team create your bespoke candle with your chosen fragrances, Abi & Tanya will guide participants through a 90-minute Yoga X Pilates and sound healing session, leaving everyone relaxed and centred.
To conclude the session, attendees will lovingly embellish the top of their candles with handpicked crystal chips, inspired by their spiritual properties & visual appeal, creating a beautiful, personalised piece to take home.
Attendees will need to bring:

Comfortable clothing you can move in (ideally gym or activewear)
Good to know:
After this event, you will have an exclusive 10% discount to use in the NPH shop, where you can treat yourself before heading home completely relaxed & grounded.
Throughout & immediately after the event, the NPH cafe will be open, selling hot & cold refreshments.
NPH have a bathroom for our attendees to use, but unfortunately there are no changing facilities, so please come dressed & ready for the workshop.
