Small group sessions

A welcoming way to practice with others in a relaxed and supportive setting. These sessions focus purely on moving, breathing, and finding calm — without extras like circles or gift bags. They’re a great option if you have a small team, a friendship group, or even a sports club that wants to balance out training with mindful movement and recovery. Shorter than my workshops but more structured than a 1:1, they offer a steady rhythm of practice that’s easy to fit into your week.

    • A 60- or 75-minute hatha yoga practice

    • Accessible for all levels, from complete beginners to those with experience

    • A supportive group energy that encourages consistency and growth

  • Typically held at 1GYM in Newport, with the option to arrange another venue. A small additional fee may apply for venue hire and travel.

    • An affordable way to enjoy yoga as a shared experience

    • A chance to support recovery, flexibility, and focus — especially useful for sports teams or active groups

    • A calm and enjoyable way to connect with friends, colleagues, or peers through movement

    • More intimate than a large workshop, but still a group experience

    • Flexible scheduling, with the option to book single sessions or arrange a short block if preferred

    • Up to 20 participants for a 75-minute sessions or a minimum of 5 participants for a 1-hour session

    • 75-minute session (up to 20 people) — £100 flat fee with all mats and equipment provided.

    • 60-minute session (minimum of 5 participants) — £13 per person, and participants will need to provide their own mats.

Private 1:1 or 1:2 sessions

For something more personal, I offer private yoga sessions — just you, or you plus one other person. These sessions are ideal if you’d like more focused guidance, want to build confidence before joining group classes, or simply prefer a quieter, more tailored practice. Every class is designed around your needs, whether that’s gentle movement to ease stress, postures to support strength and mobility, or practices that help you feel grounded and calm. This is your time to slow down, ask questions, and receive guidance that’s just for you.

    • 60-minute tailored practice

    • Time to ask questions and move at your own pace

    • Space to deepen your practice or build confidence as a beginner

My journey

It has always been my dream to turn what I love into a living. First, to offer an unmatchable, personal hair salon experience to my clients, and second — to share the joy of yoga with others, and make it a pratice for everyone.

I began my yoga journey in 2016, a practice I didn’t realise I needed at what was a vulnerable and difficult time in my life. Since then, I’ve grown so much physically, mentally, and mindfully. I’ve been both the student and teacher of various yoga retreats, workshops, and classes, and I’m so grateful to now have the confidence and accredited skill to lead people through a practice.

I received my Hatha yoga diploma in 2022 with High Merit, and have since taught over 300 hours of yoga to my students. I currently teach yoga twice a week at 1GYM in Newport, leading a hot yoga class and hatha flow class, and I took the next step in 2024 to open up my workshop offer.

I’ve always dreamt of bringing an incredible yoga experience to as many people as possible — and it brings me so much joy to build a community that honours kindness, intention, and celebrates progress over perfection.

A little love from my students

True yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life. Yoga is not to be performed; yoga is to be lived.
Yoga doesn’t care about what you have been; yoga cares about the person you are becoming.
