  • The remaining balance is payable according to your chosen payment plan (full payment, monthly instalments, 3-instalment plan, or late sign-up option).

  • All payments must be made by the final due date on 1 May 2026.

  • If payments are not received by the agreed dates, your booking may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

2. Cancellations and refunds

  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

  • If you cancel your booking more than 8 weeks before the retreat start date, any payments made (excluding deposit) will be refunded.

  • Cancellations made within 8 weeks of the retreat start date are non-refundable. You are welcome to transfer your booking to a friend if you can no longer attend (please notify us by email).

  • If we, the organisers, must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. minimum numbers not met, teacher illness, or venue issues), all payments made will be refunded in full. We cannot cover additional costs such as flights or travel.

3. Travel and insurance

  • Travel to and from the retreat venue is not included in the retreat cost.

  • You are responsible for arranging your own flights and transfers.

  • We strongly recommend that all participants purchase appropriate travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.

4. Accommodation and meals

  • Accommodation is based on shared twin rooms. If you wish to share with a friend, please state this when registering. Otherwise, you will be thoughtfully paired with another guest.

  • Meals are plant-based and seasonal. Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies in advance so we can accommodate you.

  • It is your responsibility to consult a doctor prior to the retreat if you have any health concerns.

  • You agree to inform the teachers of any injuries or conditions that may affect your practice.

  • Participation in all activities is voluntary; you may choose to rest at any time.

6. Liability

  • We hold professional liability insurance and will take all reasonable care to ensure your safety during classes and activities.

  • However, participation in yoga, Pilates, hikes, and other retreat activities is at your own risk. We are not liable for injuries or medical conditions that may occur.

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to your personal belongings during the retreat.

7. Photography and marketing

  • Photos or videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in these, please let us know before the retreat.
